If our plants or products fail, we will replace them.
Just bring in your proof of purchase and the product.
The same guarantee you've come to know from us
for over 20 years is now available on our website
as well.
One year Guarantee on Plants, shrubs, trees and perennials
Our plants (shrubs, trees and perennials) are all
guaranteed for one year after you've bought them. If
the plant fails in the first 12 months, we will replace
it or refund you. Just come into the store with the
original Barretta Gardens store receipt within one
year of the date of purchase or take a picture of the
plant, send it in with your order number to barretta.gardens@sbcglobal.net,
and tell us what the problem is. We will then do our
best to sort it out.
You will be charged for delivery on replacement items.
Cancellation
To cancel
an order, please drop us an e-mail at barretta.gardens@sbcglobal.net with
details of the order you are cancelling.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to
us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they
are your responsibility. For your protection and peace
of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service
to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us
in its original condition, in its original packaging
within 28 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned
in its original packaging, we reserve the right to
withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item
needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Substitutes
If you order a Ready-Made Border, Plant Combination
or Border Design and a plant in the scheme is unavailable,
we reserve the right to replace it with something
similar. You can rely on us to choose a plant that's
not only of a comparable size and price but one that
fits in with the overall design we've worked on with
you.
Delivery
We will deliver your purchase for a nominal charge,
with a minimum purchase of $250, to anywhere within
a seven mile radius your neighborhood Barretta Garden
Center. If your purchase is under $250, we will deliver
it for an additional small cost based on delivery
area. Call us and we can quote the delivery charge
over the phone. Internet orders, fountains and sod,
however are not included in this offer and are subject
to nominal additional fees. Ask your neighborhood Barretta
Garden Center Associate for details.
Special Orders
We love special orders. We specialize in ordering those
hard-to-find items, including large tree orders, exotic
and ornamental orders that may not be in stock. If
it's available, we will find it for you, and we can
arrange for local delivery for the ultimate in convenience.

Design Consultation
We have expert design consultants on-site to assist
in your landscape design at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you,
as long as you purchase the nursery stock from Barretta
Gardens.
For $65 an hour, a Barretta Associate will
come to your home to help design your garden. Please
make your arrangements with your local Barretta Garden
Center Manager.
Tropicals
Barretta Gardens has a large selection of tropical plants
for warming the inside of your home or deck and patio
in the warmer climate. We bring in the finest, hardiest
and largest tropical plants available. From an assortment
of lemon, grapefruit and tangerine potted trees to varied
palms, bromeliads, bird of paradise and large and small
colorful hibiscus to name a few!
