Jena Barretta, President and CEO
Jena has been in the construction industry since she was a child, working alongside her grandfather and father in their building business. After earning her MBA, MIS, MPA, and law degree, she returned to business.She dove into landscaping and hardscaping with her husband, Chris Barretta. They later opened another division in their company, offering commercial and residential dumpster services. Jena runs the business, legal, and technology aspects of the company, and she continues to be hands-on daily on job sites, closely working with clients. She also drives the loaders and plows snow in her truck every winter. Jena believes that business owners should not forget where they come from and that at the end of the day, quality and hard work will always pay off. She works around the clock, not missing a beat during a snowstorm, and answering the emergency calls 24/7.
